Description 

Tenax Colored Knife-Grade is a premium polyester mastic adhesive formulated for repairing, rebuilding, bonding, and filling natural and engineered stone surfaces. Its knife-grade consistency makes it ideal for both vertical and horizontal applications where a non-sag adhesive is required. Designed for use on marble, granite, and engineered stone, Tenax Colored Knife-Grade cures to a glossy finish and can be polished to match the surrounding surface. The product delivers strong adhesion, excellent filling properties, and reliable performance for fabrication, restoration, and installation projects.

Before application, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or contaminants. If color matching is required, add coloring paste to the resin before mixing with the hardener. Mix resin and catalyst at a ratio of 100:2–3 and blend thoroughly before use. Apply immediately and do not return mixed material to the container. Tenax Colored Knife-Grade offers a gel time of approximately 4–5 minutes at 77°F and becomes tack-free within 25–30 minutes in a thin layer. Once cured, it provides excellent polishing characteristics and can withstand service temperatures up to 230°F+. For best results, store between 65°F and 77°F in a dry area away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Shelf life is approximately 12 months when stored under recommended conditions.
