Description

The Alpha® Contour Blade is specifically engineered for cutting granite sinkholes, radius corners, curved profiles, and other detailed fabrication work. Designed with direct sintered diamond segments on both sides of the steel core as well as the peripheral cutting edge, this blade provides superior maneuverability, clean cutting performance, and exceptional durability.

Unlike standard blades, the Alpha® Contour Blade creates a wider kerf that allows easier steering through curved cuts while maintaining excellent control and accuracy. The diamond segments on the inner steel core help prevent undercutting, a common challenge when performing contour and sink-cutting applications. Its unique design eliminates the need for difficult and time-consuming plunge cuts, making fabrication faster, safer, and more efficient.
